Laden with Talented Receivers, Certarus CNG’s are a Team to Keep an Eye On

According to Yahoo! Sports, turning a bottom-half draft slot into top-half results is the sign of a strong effort by the GM. Such was the case with Certarus CNG ‘s, which flipped its No. 10 overall pick into a projected 6th-place finish in The Crude Life. The team is particularly tough at receiver, as Tyreek Hill, Mike Evans, and Courtland Sutton are slated to combine for the 2nd-highest point total of all starting WR groups in the league.

Certarus CNG’s are predicted to put up a total of 2,199 points based on the current roster, which would result in a 7-8 record.

Certarus CNG’s Biggest Steal of the Draft: Nelson Agholor

Certarus CNG’s notched a great late-round bargain when they picked up Agholor at No. 178, about four rounds later than his ADP of 129. Following a season in which he racked up 48 catches for 896 yards and 8 TDs, totaling 162 fantasy points, Agholor is projected to score 188 fantasy points with the Patriots. That makes him a valuable No. 4 WR for this squad.

Certarus CNG’s Biggest Stretch Pick of the Draft:Courtland Sutton

We’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you took the dog out right before the selection of Sutton in the 7th round, about 17 spots earlier than his ADP of 99. Then again, maybe you’re onto something? Projected to score 197 fantasy points this season with the Broncos, he looks set to improve on last year when he grabbed 3 passes for 66 yards over 1 game, earning 8 fantasy points. Sutton will slot in as the No. 3 WR for Certarus CNG’s, according to projections.

Certarus CNG’s kicked off a run on the defensive position, taking Los Angeles with the No. 87 pick as the first DEF off the draft board. In the subsequent round, five more defensive units were snatched up.

Fashionably late? You became the last manager in the league to draft a running back with your selection of Damien Harris (No. 58 overall).

Week 14 could be a rude awakening for Certarus CNG’s, as they have three players on a bye (Damien Harris, Nelson Agholor, and Mike Gesicki). Fear not: your Week 14 opponent — Reliance Oilfield Services — will also be tackling their worst bye week with four players on the sideline.

With a second-half strength of schedule that ranks as the most difficult according to projected records, Certarus CNG’s won’t have an easy path in the late stages in The Crude Life. Despite that, for the season as a whole, Certarus cnG’s should expect a pretty fair schedule rated as the 5th toughest.

  2. (15) Darren Waller (LV – TE)
