Interview: Erik Hatch, owner, Hatch Realty and Hatch Coaching
Erik Hatch shares his amazing journey from being a part-time real estate agent six years ago, to now being the number one agent in the state of North Dakota and 50th in the nation. Hatch explains how he was able to grow his company by thinking outside the industry box. According to Hatch, any given real estate transaction at Hatch Realty will incorporate up to 40 employees.
Hatch talks about how the real estate company is now the foundation for other business endeavors. Currently Hatch is coaching many professional across the country as well as speaking to audiences of all sizes. Recently Hatch was the Master of Ceremonies for Fargo TEDX and spoke at the Brookings TEDX. His presentation was entitled “I am a hot mess.”
