Johnson talks about his oilfield journey which started in agriculture. After entering into the oilfield, Rocky was laid off in the 2015 downturn and went back to ranching. That only lasted a short while, as the world of hydro excavating came calling.
Rocky, Shawn and Jason also talk about balancing the work home life in sales. How many oil and gas deals are made after hours creating challeges for family first workers. However, in the end, if you can not be available at night then you have to be creative and reinvent your sales strategy.
