Dave Chaput, sales and Aaron Jordan, president, Black Water Environmental give an update on how their company is adapting  to the COVID-19 Shutdown and coronavirus pandemic. Jordan says despite the news in the media, their company is busier than ever. 

Jordan walks through some recent tough business decisions like hiring more, freezing hires and laying off personnel.  Jordan says he wishes he would have hired rather than froze a few months back, but it is a good problem to have and is grateful to be working extra hours during the transition. 

Chaput talks about how outside sales has become more of an inside sales job as of late.
