Cottrell talks about the SEC rules on reserves and the changes that occurred in 2008 and how the SEC rule change changes could have skewed the numbers presented by the WSJ. Linda McMahon is a professional wrestling executive and government official serving as the Administrator of the Small Business Administration in the Trump Administration. McMahon was active with WWE from 1980 to 2009.
