North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring talks with MultiMedia Journalist Jason Spiess about the new Compassionate Care measure passed in North Dakota’s November election.

The state will have 30 days to construct a law, layering in several departments and agencies.  Goehring compares legalized marijuana to the state’s current hemp program.  He also believes other states, like Colorado, will be used as a resource when drafting the legislation.
