Missouri River Resources is the MHA Nation’s privately owned Oil & Gas Company located on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in western North Dakota.  Williams gives an update on how the tribe’s drilling activity is coming along.  One issue, according to Williams, is a permit on Federal land may take 9 months whereas a permit on private land may take a week.
