Terry Etam, author of “The End of the Fossil Fuel Insanity“, writer at the BOE Report and blogger for his blog Public Energy Number One, gives an update on the oil sands in Canada.

Etam also reacts to the recent election and how he feels it impacts the international oil and gas economy. The interview pontificated whether the United States’ attempt to eliminate fossil fuels will look like Canada’s quick transition to where they are today and what troubles may arise.

Another analogy discussed is whether the climate change movement will impact oil and gas like it has coal. Robots, A.I. doing remote mining while the energy export the coal to Asia has become one of the ways coal companies are transitioning out of business.

Natural gas, layoffs, planting trees and the American Green Transition are also discussed in the exclusive interview.
