3 Years Of Incident Free Operations In Energy
/

Heath Holloway, CEO, Titan Solutions, joins Jason Spiess to talk about their 3-Year Anniversary with Incident Free Operations in their Greeley, Colorado offices. Heath is fourth generation oil and gas with Greeley the headquarters for their service company.

Titan Solutions also has operations in Wyoming that services the Powder River Basin and Bakken.

The two discuss the importance of this milestone.  From the safety aspects and logistical protocols, but mostly the idea of being perfect for three years.  There are baseball comparisons with teams having a hard time going a week without an error on the field.

In November of 2013, Holloway recognized a serious void in the oilfield that he could fulfill. With the help of a qualified team of individuals, he began the long journey of servicing oilfield companies in the DJ Basin.

Service to oilfield companies is a necessity that Heath saw as an opportunity. What would be at first a small supplier of LED light plants, grew into something more than anyone expected. As their success expanded and their reputation for outstanding service grew, more clients would request more services.

The two take a bit of a deep dive into decking and rig mats.  Jason believes this is an example of an ESG connector.  Something that will speak to the average person as a way oil and gas is being proactive with the environment.

Titan rose to the occasion, now offering numerous business lines to a multitude of companies. Titan has answered these requests throughout the years since their start and continues to do so today by expanding their business model to new customers in new regions.

Heath and Jason also talk about family business ethics and how it permeates into employee empowerment.  Currently Titan Solutions secures careers for about 75 people with plans of expansion into additional regions.
