It’s time once again for our Annual Year In Review interviews! Last April 2020, Stephen Heins, The Energy Pragmatist, comments on Whiting Petroleum’s executives receiving millions of dollars in bonuses before filing Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
“… once you go on the Internet you are able to measure and verify consumptions in real time Jason. Which means utilities can tell what their customers are using. Their customers can tell what they are using in real time, which means we’re going to be able to become much more efficient with electricity with all kinds of energy. Which is all good.”
Heins recalls a few stories from his days in the telecommunications industry while working on Wall Street.
