An unexpected increase in well pressure caused a tank to overflow and release about 650 barrels of oil and 450 barrels of brine at an oil and gas well about 4 miles southwest of Alexander.
Oasis Petroleum North America reported Tuesday that all fluids were contained and recovered at the State Wolf 16-21H.
A state inspector has been to the site.
