Dr. Loren C. Scott, energy expert, economist and speaker, joins Jason Spiess to talk about whether rig counts need to reevaluated and how we measure projections.

First, Scott gave a baseline on how the current rig count model works and what companies look for.  He then transitioned into what tweaks can be made to increase the output projections.

Scott also opines about how politics and energy have intersected over the past decade.
